IBNLive reports that Jaya lodged a complaint in Raja Sabha regarding this tasteless sensationalism. The camera man is going to loose his job – that’s something we are certain of here. Also, all those who want to see fireworks in Rajya Sabha will be disappointed as the camera man will not going to capture Jaya any longer during Rekha’s speech!

Vice-President, MCA, Ravi Sawant told a leading newspaper, “Khan misbehaved and abused the MCA security personnel as well as MCA officials, including our president Vilasrao Deshmukh, after the IPL match. We have decided to ban him for life from entering the stadium in future. He seemed drunk when he came to the ground at the end of game with about 40 people. When the ground’s watchman tried to stop him, he started abusing him.”

Apparently Shahrukh Khan and his bodyguards tried to enter the stadium post the victory and the security officials stopped him, which eventually lead to the ugly spat, according to Sawant.

“”The MCA security personnel told them they cannot do so as the match was over which led to Shahrukh abusing them as well as the MCA officials. There was manhandling too by his people. We have decided to ban him from all future matches at the stadium. We are also going to lodge a police complaint against him,” added Sawant.

Sridevi & Aamir Khan On The 2nd Episode Of Satyamev Jayate Dealing With Child Sexual Abuse

Well let’s not get in to the criticism now, instead let’s see what this episode had to offer!

Did Aamir Make A Difference With The Show In This Epiosode?

YES!

Child sexual abuse is not a new thing and it’s not India specific – that’s a shocking truth all over the world. Unlike the previous episode where he focused his energy on setting up a fast track court to make the guilty doctors pay, Aamir Khan unveils a highly-uncomfortable topic before us in our living rooms. We all knew that it exists, but the discomfort forced us to keep mum on the subject – which in turn affected the lives of millions of kids in our country. May be it’s time to ‘just talk about it’ – or it’s time to diffuse that awkwardness for good. For me, that’s the biggest success as far as this topic is considered. It’s not about government doing something about it, but us being aware & prepared about something which is always there.

By bringing couple of brave victims (they deserve a huge round of applause from the whole country) Aamir brought the subject out in the open and sent a feeler that ‘after all there is nothing to be ashamed of it’. That was the crux of the episode and that alone should give courage to thousands of silent victims and their parents to confront the issue.

I especially congratulate Aamir for the subtle treatment in this episode, as he stayed away from sensationalism in this episode unlike the first one. However, the show was bit boring towards the middle portion – it was not as engaging as the first episode, may be it’s due to the subject.

Also, Aamir missed out one bigger aspect of this problem, that in many cases one of the parents is the abuser. May be Aamir didn’t want to offend the family audience, but that didn’t serve the purpose of bringing all the important aspects of the issue.

On the whole, a very good episode!
