Aisha recorded poor 30-35% collections across the multiplexes this morning. Afternoon collections also remained on the same level.
Aisha starring Abhay Deol and Sonam Kapoor stands a chance for slight improvement in the multiplexes in selected cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, rest of the places do not hold much hope.
However, the producers may not suffer huge losses as the film already got good price for the satellite rights. Impressive theatrical run in unlikely unless otherwise Saturday and Sunday record good collections.
Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai(OUATIM) starring Ajay Devgan and Emraan Hashmi had a good first week and Aisha wouldn’t be able to pose a threat for this film in the 2nd week. The film held pretty steady over the weekdays. The 2nd weekend will decide the kind of business OUATIM will do, as it is likely to rest at 50-60 crore nett lifetime businesses.
